The SWEDISH FALL ambassador squad is made up of great cheer athletes and content creators who all share a passion for fitness, love for cheering and their individual and inspiring social media content.
My most important cheer essentials that are always in my Cheer bag are - of course - my cheer shoes, band aids, some chapstick, hair ties and hair pins, deodorant, a thumb bandage because a I broke my thumb at cheer practice a few months ago and a water bottle.

CAN YOU SHARE WITH US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUR CHEER BACKGROUND AND HOW YOU GOT TO WHERE YO U ARE TODAY?
I have been doing Cheerleading for 7 years now and I still cheer at the same team I started at. As long as I can remember I have always been a Base and I still love it. There were times where I tried to be a Flyer but I am afraid of heights, so I knew that being a Base was the right thing for me. It has not always been easy to push yourself to hit a new stunt or a new tumbling skill, but it was worth it.
HOW DO YOU STAY FIT AND HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE OTHERS?
The hardest part is to actually stand up from the couch and get yourself on the way to the gym or to cheer practice. Always remember that you do it only for yourself, because you want to change something about you and reach a higher goal - even if you work in a full-time job like I do. After work, I usually go home, eat something and go right to the gym, even if I am tired. I always remember myself why I am doing it. At cheer practice we all motivate each other.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS YOU ARE PROUD OF
A long time ago I thought I would never be able to do a back handspring and now it is one of the things that I love the most and I am very proud of. A nother significant accomplishment is working out our partner stunts and two base stunts. We worked so hard on those and finally it pays off.
FAVORITE SONG DURING PRACTICE/WORKOUT
My favorite song during cheer practice is old but gold. It is Hollaback Girl from Gwen Stefani. If this song starts to play I immediately start to sing and get in a happy and motivated mood. But I am not the only one: it also includes my teammates.
THINGS THAT ARE ALWAYS IN YOUR CHEER BAG
My most important cheer essentials that are always in my Cheer bag are of course my cheer shoes, band aids, some chapstick, hair ties and hair pins, deodorant, a thumb bandage because a few months ago I broke my thumb at cheer practice and a water bottle.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT BEING A #LIFTINGATHLETE?
I love to be a #Liftingathlete because I can inspire other people with things I do in Cheer or at the gym and I can connect with so many new people and build new friendships. We can exchange our cheer and fitness experiences and the achievements we have made. We are building up a community where anyone can ask anything from all over the world.
WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO TELL OTHERS WHO WANT TO BECOME A LIFTING ATHLETE FOR SF?
I would tell them to just go for it. If you want to inspire other people with things that you love, then do it. You can share your Cheer or Fitness life with other people and build up new connections.
FUN FACTS ABOUT ME
Well, let me think about some. I am 5´4” tall, I have an older brother, I am a nurse, I am half Spanish, I never can sit sill and always have to do something, I am obsessed with buying new gym and cheer practice clothes. A few years ago, I dyed my hair blond (never doing it again) and my favorite thing to eat is cake.
