Within the US, our delivery times usually range from 3-6 days.
Shipping fee to all destinations within the US is $6.90.
Please note: During extremely busy times, e.g. during a sales event, delivery times could be extended by a few days.
RETURN POLICY 📦
We are trying to create the best experience for you, and part of this is getting an amazing product to you as fast as possible.✨ If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply follow our return instructions:
- You have 30 days from your order date to return your item(s). If you do not ship your return within 30 days from the order date, we reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed and without any (make-up) spots with the original tags attached.
- All items are returnable.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS 📦
Please print and enclose your delivery note (you got your delivery note via email "Your order has been shipped") and ship your return to:

If the product is defective or if a wrong product has been sent, SWEDISH FALL takes over the return costs. In the case of a defect lease send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the product. In the body of the email please include your order number, a picture of the damage and a short description of the issue.
Return costs and process:
Please note that the customer bears the costs for return shipments, so please choose the cheapest and easiest way for returning your items. Once the returned items have been received, we will provide a full refund of your purchase less shipping charges. The refund process takes about 5-10 days.
We are so sorry, but we are no longer accepting exchanges. Ultimately, we are trying to create the best experience for you, and part of this is getting the correct product to you as fast as possible. If you are in need of a different size, color, or item, simply follow our returns process for the item/items you no longer want, and place a new order for the item/items you do want.
We are trying to send your refund as promptly as possible.
Once your return has been shipped back to us, please allow up to 10 days for the return to be processed at our distribution center. If your product is fully intact you will get your full refund less shipping charges. You can expect the refund to hit your bank or credit card account within 3-5 business days after the return has been processed, but processing credit is subject to your bank.
