HOW TO GET STARTED

What are the first steps after applying?

You have no obligations as a SWEDISH FALL community member, we simply want to involve our community as much as possible. We want to show the entire U.S. what the future of women's activewear looks like.

Once you’re accepted as a SWEDISH FALL community member, you’ll receive an email with your personal 60% discount code, which you can use to buy our products (not a must).

You will also receive a personal 20% discount code for your fans! You can gift that promo code onto your friends, fans, followers or fellow gym members.

What do I need to do as a community member?

First things first: You have no obligations whatsoever as SWEDISH FALL member. The support you give us is completly voluntary. As a member, you become a face of our brand and an ambassador, for example on Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, the gym or at practice.
If you like, you can purchase all of our products with your personal 60% discount code, which gives you the opportunity to test them, wear them for practice and show them to others.

To sum up, as a team member you can:

  • Purchase our products with a 60% discount code
  • Take pictures of you while wearing SWEDISH FALL products and post them on Instagram
  • Promote the brand within your community and get people’s attention

What does it mean to be part of the community?

Our SWEDISH FALL team stands for transparency and community. We believe that you, our community, should have the power to decide what you want to wear. That’s why you’ll always remain co-designers with us.
Besides that, you become a face of our brand and a representative in public, for example on Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, the gym or practice. You can purchase all of our products with your personal 60% discount code, which gives you the opportunity to test them, wear them for practice and show them to others.
In addition to that, you can promote SWEDISH FALL and have people pay attention to your 20% community discount code. Now, your friends and followers have the opportunity to buy something from our shop with a 20% discount.

Do I need to buy a product to be part of the team?

No, you’re a part of our team SWEDISH FALL Family either way!

Will I enter a contract as an ambassador?

No, our community program is voluntary. There will be no contract and you can leave the program anytime and unsubscribe from the emails.

I don't want to receive emails anymore!

Even though it’s a loss for us to see you go, we wish you all the best! You can unsubscribe from our emails anytime by simply going to the bottom of any email and clicking “Unsubscribe”. Please keep in mind that you might have subscribed to more than one email list, such as influencer list, customer list and the “weekly update”. Please don’t be mad if you receive an email from a different list. Just make sure you unsubscribe on all of our servers.

Can I mention Swedish Fall on my Instagram?

Yes of course, you are welcome to do so! Here are a couple of examples:

Where do I enter my discount code?

  • As soon as you’ve received your discount code, your shopping spree can start! Once you’ve found your favorite product and are ready to purchase it, go to the “Checkout”.
  • In Checkout, you will see the box “Discount”. That’s where you can enter your personal 60% discount code.
  • The discount will be deducted from the original price. You should now be able to see almost half of the original price.

My code doesn't work. What can I do?

Your 60% discount code doesn’t work? Please check the following:

 

  1. First of all, check if you entered your Instagram name correctly. Especially if it includes special symbols, typos happen more often than you’d think.
  2. Check if the code from your acceptance email contains an “@”. If you’ve entered your Instagram name in your application with an @ in front of it, the code will have it as well but can not be used like that. Just contact us with the contact form and we help you correcting your discount code.
  3. Check for no special symbols like # or ‘. If you’ve entered your Instagram name in your application with a special symbol in front of it, the code can not be used like that. Just contact us with the contact form and we help you correcting your discount code.

My code doesn't work after the 3rd purchase!

In that case please send an email to teamsf@swedishfall.com and ask us to recharge your code. The code can then be used again. To make it easier for us, we ask you to send us your Instagram name as well.

How many items can I purchase with my discount code?

With your person 60% discount code you can purchase as many items as you like. They should be for your use (and max. 2 friends) only though since it’s your personal code.

For how long is my discount code valid?

Both your personal code and your promo code for friends are valid until the end of the year. In case you have your eye on a product that’s not available at the moment, you can wait for it to be back in the store.

Can I use two or more discount codes at a time?

You can only use one discount code per order in our online shop.

Can I share my 20% promo code without purchasing anything myself?

No, that’s not necessary. Although it would be more authentic if you could test the products before you recommend them, the 20% community code works regardless of you using your personal 60% discount code.

Are there any rules I need to follow?

To avoid any arguments in our member community, please follow these simple rules:

  • Your 20% community must only be shared on social media like Instagram or Facebook. Posting the code on different platforms is prohibited.
  • Please don’t write any private messages to other users to promote your code.
  • Your 60% discount code is for your personal use only and is not to be given to others.

What will be posted on Instagram?

In order for us to have the best pictures of you in the best quality, we’ve created a Dropbox for you! You can upload your pictures anytime! Our social media team checks the Dropbox frequently. Please find the link to our Dropbox here:

We receive so many gorgeous pictures every day from you guys! It’s always a pleasure to go through them and repost some of them on Instagram or use them for our marketing campaigns. Unfortunately, we’re unable to post all the incoming pictures to our feed/story, so please be patient with us!

About Your Order

How is the sizing?

Our “True Athletes” collection is a slightest bit smaller than usual because it’s supposed to give you great support. We, therefore, recommend that you take a larger size than usual. The Beat The Ordinary collection runs normal though so you can order your ordinary size. The tops run normal as well. We do recommend if you’re between two sizes, to go with the larger one and you can find our size chart here for more information:

My favorite product is out of stock!

Your favorite item is out of stock? That’s unfortunate but don’t worry: We usually get a restock on our products every 5 weeks.

We offer two payment methods: By credit card or PayPal.

Can I order for my friends?

Your personal 60% discount code is intended for your use and max. 2 other friends. If you’re interested in a bigger order ( +3 people) please send an email to influencer@swedishfall.com, so we can make you an individual offer.

Can I exchange my product (size/color)?

We are so sorry, but we’re no longer accepting exchanges. If you do need a different size or color simply follow our return process for the item/items you no longer want, and place a new order with your 60% discount code for the item/items you do want.

You can find all the information about how to return on your delivery note or in our general FAQs.

And don’t worry, your 60% discount code will be recharged when you receive your refund.

Can I return my product?

Yes. You can find all the information about our return process on your delivery note and in the FAQs on our website.

My product is damaged. What do I do?

If your product is damaged please follow the instructions in our general FAQs and contact us immediately through our contact form. Our support team will take care of your issue right away.
